Nishane Hacivat
Pineapple grapefruit cedar
Bright pineapple and grapefruit over jasmine, cedar and oakmoss, from the Istanbul house Nishane.
Hacivat is from the Istanbul house Nishane, created by perfumer Jorge Lee in 2017 and named after a character from Turkish shadow theatre. It opens bright with pineapple, grapefruit and bergamot, settles into cedar, patchouli and jasmine, and dries down to oakmoss and woods. It's sold as an extrait de parfum, so it's concentrated: one or two sprays is enough. Fragrantica voters rate it for day and night and highest for spring and summer, which suits Philippine weather well. A 2ml is a fair test before a bigger size.
