Questions before you order?

Are your perfumes authentic?

Yes. Every fragrance is authentic and decanted from an original retail bottle purchased from trusted sources, including official brand boutiques, Duty Free stores, and authorised fragrance retailers. We never sell inspired fragrances, fragrance oils, clones, or diluted perfumes.

What is a perfume decant (sample)?

A decant is simply a smaller bottle of the original perfume. We take the fragrance from a genuine retail bottle and put it into a smaller spray bottle. Same perfume, less commitment.

Which size should I get?

It depends on how you plan to use it. Here's a rough guide based on about 10 sprays per 1ml.

  • Just trying it? Start with 1–2ml.
  • Want enough to properly test it? Go for 5ml.
  • Know you'll wear it regularly? 10ml is a good middle ground.
  • Already know you love it? Go 20–30ml.

Can I choose any amount of perfume?

Yes. You can choose anywhere from 1ml to 30ml using the size slider. Want 7ml? Get 7ml. Move the slider to choose the amount that fits what you want to spend. A 1ml decant starts at ₱133.

How long does shipping take?

Most orders ship within 1 business day of payment, because every bottle is freshly decanted after purchase. Estimated delivery times:

  • Cebu City/Lapu-Lapu City: 1-3 business days/same day delivery available
  • Luzon: 4-6 business days
  • Visayas & Mindanao: 3-5 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on the courier and your location.

How does payment work?

You can pay by GCash, Bank Deposit or Cash on Delivery. For GCash or Bank Deposit, place your order, make the payment shown at checkout, then send us your payment screenshot with your Order Number on Messenger. For COD, there's nothing to pay upfront. Just have the exact total ready for the courier. COD delivery is ₱129 (₱100 for GCash or Bank Deposit) to cover the courier's cash-handling fee. COD is available on orders under ₱1,199.

Something went wrong with my order. What do I do?

Message us on Facebook Messenger with your Order Number and we'll help sort it out. If your fragrance arrives leaking, damaged, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll review it and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Are your bottles leak-proof?

Our bottles are carefully selected for secure everyday use. Every order is inspected before shipping and packed with protective materials to help prevent leaks during transit.

Why does my perfume smell different at first?

Freshly sprayed perfume may smell slightly different due to shipping temperatures or recent decanting. Allow it to settle for 24–48 hours after delivery for the fragrance to perform as intended.

Can I request a fragrance that's not listed?

Yes. If you're looking for a fragrance that's not yet available, send us a message. We're always expanding our collection and would love to hear your suggestions.

How should I store my perfume?

Store your fragrance in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat to preserve its quality and longevity.

What's the difference between EDT, EDP, Parfum, and Intense?

The main difference is the concentration of fragrance oils, which affects the scent's richness, longevity, and projection.
