Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information 2Sprays collects when you place an order or contact us, and how we use it. We collect the minimum information needed to fulfill your order and to follow up on one you started but didn't finish, nothing more.
Information We Collect
When you place an order, we collect the details you provide at checkout:
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Shipping and billing address
- Order details (fragrance, size, quantity)
How We Use Your Information
Your information is used only to:
- Process and fulfill your order
- Contact you about your order: confirmations, delivery updates, or issues
- Respond to messages or requests you send us
How Your Information Is Stored
Order details are kept on our order records and sent by email to confirm your purchase. If you enter your contact details at checkout but don't place an order, we save your name, email, phone number, city, province and the items in your bag so we can follow up with you once about your order. We keep these for up to 30 days, and you can ask us to delete them sooner by emailing hello@2sprays.com. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Third Parties
If you choose to pay via PayPal, your payment information is handled directly by PayPal, subject to PayPal's own privacy policy. Your parcel is handed to a third-party courier for delivery, who will have access to your name, address, and contact number to complete delivery. We also use Google Analytics, Meta (Facebook) and OpenAI (ChatGPT ads) to measure how the site and our ads perform — see Cookies & Tracking.
Cookies & Tracking
We use Google Analytics, the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and the OpenAI Measurement Pixel (for ChatGPT ads) to understand how visitors use the site and to measure our advertising. All three set cookies and record the pages you view and actions such as adding to your bag and placing an order. When you enter your details at checkout, and again when you place an order, we also send Meta a scrambled (hashed) copy of your email, phone number, name, city, province and postal code so it can match your visit to an ad you may have seen; the original details can't be read back from it. Your browser is also given a random ID, stored on your device, that goes to Meta with these events so it can tell one visitor's actions apart from another's; on its own it doesn't identify you. Our server also sends Meta a copy of these page views and actions, with your IP address and browser details, so it can count them reliably when a browser blocks the pixel. OpenAI's pixel can do the same with the email and phone number you enter at checkout, scrambling them in your browser before anything is sent, to match the purchase to a ChatGPT ad. You can block this tracking with your browser's privacy or ad-blocking settings.
Your Rights
You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, at any time by emailing hello@2sprays.com.
