Shipping Policy
All orders are fulfilled and shipped from our studio in the Philippines. Delivery times and rates below are estimates and may vary based on your location and courier availability.
Once an order has been handed over to the courier, delivery handling is outside of our control. While we take every precaution to package your order safely, 2Sprays cannot be held responsible for delays or damage caused during shipping.
If your parcel appears visibly damaged upon delivery, we recommend documenting it with clear photos before opening and contacting the courier directly. If you need assistance, our team will be happy to help guide you through the process.
Processing Time
Orders are processed once payment is confirmed. Most orders ship within 1 business day of confirmation. Payments made after our daily cut-off may ship the next business day.
Delivery Time
Standard delivery within the Philippines typically takes 2-3 working days from the day your order ships, depending on your location and the courier's coverage area.
Delivery Fee
A flat delivery fee applies to every order and is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been handed to the courier, we'll share any tracking details we receive.
From that point, delivery is handled by the courier. See our Refund and Return Policy for what happens if a parcel arrives damaged.
